Purchases made through retailers
EOS chairs are sold through selected retail partners. If your question is about an existing order, delivery, returns or refunds, please contact the retailer’s customer service first, as your purchase contract is with them. Before you send your message
You can find assembly manuals and videos on each product page (AIR 600, LUX 500 and FXM 300). If your question is about setup or adjustments, it helps a lot if you include:
- Which EOS chair you have (AIR 600, LUX 500 or FXM 300).
- Where you bought it (retailer and country).
- A short description of the issue (and photos if relevant – we’ll ask for them in our reply).
